A-Class Roads
Click each route summary
for a map showing the road. A few of these roads
have further information - click the road number
for more details. Pages with a have a strip map of junctions. The
lengths below are were calculated with Google
Maps, and I have subsequently found that this is
not always accurate, so please treat them as
being for illustrative purposes only.
Note:
The SABRE
community maintains a wiki
with details on A-roads in Northern Ireland
which you may also find useful, or indeed wish
to contribute to.
*In urban areas,
especially Belfast, it is difficult to trace
route numbers. The routes shown in these areas
may therefore be wrong - I am open to correction
if anyone has official information.
[1] The section from Kesh to St Angelo Airport
was added to the A47 in 2013 by promoting the
B82.
[2] The short section from Aughnacloy to Augher
was deleted from the A28 in 2013.
[3] Routes in Belfast City Centre confirmed via
the "The Roads (Speed Limit) (No. 3) Order
(Northern Ireland) 2014".
